From 2025, March: Notice of Introduction of Pinaisara Entry Approval!

Iriomote Island was designated as a World Natural Heritage site in 2021. From March 2025, in order to further protect nature, tours to Pinaisara Waterfall is required to obtain entry approval (approval fee ¥500 per person that includes tour fee) from a system operated by Taketomi Town, which has been certified by the government.  The daily entry limit is 200 people for Pinaisara waterafll. We will apply for admission on your behalf when you book Pinaisara waterfall tour.

If you would like to take a course related to Pinaisara waterfall, we will apply for admission (limited to 200 people per day) on your behalf. When approved, the reservation will be made. We will then arrange for the tour and online card payment from the card payment agency Square. We will send you an online payment mail. Please enter the necessary information and make advance payment within 3 days.

Cancel Policy

If you wish to cancel at least 7 days before the tour date due to customer circumstances, we will refund the tour fee and application fee minus various refund fees. If you cancel 6 to 3 days in advance, you will receive a 75% refund after deducting various fees. If you cancel 2 days~ the day before, you will receive a 50% refund after deducting various fees. No refund on the tour day.

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, as applications can be submitted 6 months in advance.

All tour reservations can be made 6 month prior to your tour date.
