Nakara Waterfall
From there you will head up the Nakara River into increasingly thinker jungles for approximately two hours.
Once on land you will hike for about 30 more minutes until you reach the Nakara Waterfalls (Nicknamed: “Waterfall of Phantom”) Here you can become one with nature and have such a wonderful experience.

- Your Preparation:
Please bring drinking water for the tour. (1-2 500ml bottle)
Bring some cloth for change if you come from Ishigaki.
Be ready for getting wet. Wear swimsuit inside.
Bring Gloves for hand protection if you have. - Price includes :

What is Nakara river? (Nara Falls)
What is Nakara river?
It is a large river that flows into Funauki Bay, and a mangrove forest has developed at the mouth of the river.
In Iriomote, it is called “Narakara”, and the waterfall upstream is called “Nara Falls”.
It is a large and very beautiful waterfall, and is also called “phantom waterfall”.
Along with Nakama River and Urauchi River, it is famous as a big river in Iriomote Island.
Seika and Sakimatsu azaleas are beautiful from March to May.
