About our tour
| Lunch | We provide lunch for 1 day tour, although please bring your own drink ( In summer 1-2 bottles of 500ml) If you are Vegetarian, please prepare your own lunch. Discount ¥500. Half day tour is not included a lunch. |
| Pricing | All the 1 day tour price include consumption tax, lunch (1 day tour), shoes, dry bag, snorkel sets, and other equipment. |
| Payment | Please pay after the tour to the guide. Please be aware that we do not have ATM in this island and post office (ATM) is not close. |
| Other | Insurance fee is included in tour price. |
| Booking | Please go to book now. |
What you need to bring
| Items | Drinks, change clothes (if you join from Ishigaki island), towels, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, plastic bag, Zip lock (to put cameras and valuables) work grove( if needed) sunglasses ( if needed) shoes (if needed; we provide free rental shoes). |
| Clothes | Please wear clothes which can be dirty and wet, and swimwear underneath. It is advised to wear quick dry t-shirt, lush guards, short pants. The sun is very strong here so if needed please wear long sleeves and long pants. Jeans and cotton shirts are not suited for the tour. On the tour day, it is advised to come with flip flops to make things easier. |
Caution
| Health condition | Please join the tour with your good health condition and be careful of hangovers and staying up too late. We will spend all day in wilderness away from usual environment so it is our first priority to make sure your wellness. When you don’t feel well please let us know as soon as possible. |
| Toilets | We do not have public toilets in the tour, so you will be using the outside area which is ensured privacy. Please bring the plastic bag for trash. |
| Instructions | Please follow instructions from the guide and enjoy the nature in the area you can hear the guide. |
| Weather | On very rare occasions we will need to cancel or change your tour due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. |
| Cellular service | In Iriomote island, you can get reliable cellular service with two carriers ; docomo and AU only around the main area. |
| Valuables | Please be responsible for your own valuables. ( be advised to put in zip lock. You can leave your luggage in the car. |

| From Ishigaki (arriving Iriomote on the tour day) |
Note: Winter season October to March, the Ferry from Ishigaki to Uehara port is often cancelled due to North wind and High wave.
When the ferry to Uehara is cancelled, you need to take the YKF 7:30 ferry from Ishigaki to Ohara port (45minutes/South side) and take a shuttle from Ohara to Uehara Port (another 50 minutes) .
Please go buy a ticket from Annei Ferry Desk, and ask for Uehara port. They will give you a ferry and shuttle ticket. They will help you.

| From your accommodation (arriving prior to tour day) |
If you are staying in Iriomote island, we will pick you up at your accommodation in the morning. Pick up/drop off service is available in only Uehara area. If you are joining from other Ohara area, no pick up service. You need to come to the Uehara port. |
Cancellation policy
If you must cancel your tour unfortunately for your own reasons, you will need to pay fee as it follows.
If you pay tour fee in advance (Pinaisara tour), we will refund. If no payment, we will send you online payment mail for cancelation charge. *There is a limit number of guests, that we could take a tour, and it is government law. We could only take 7〜８people for one guide. Only the number of people allowed by law can be taken a tour; therefore canceling a tour is not a trivial matter except for serious problem. |
