About Funauki
"Funauki" is a village located in the west end of Iriomote-Island. The population is about around 50.
Because a road does not go to this Funauki at all from the other villages, the transportation becomes only the waterway.
In addition, it is the ground which discovered an Iriomote wild cat first.
About Barasu
Balas Island is a small uninhabited island, made from coral splinter, brought together by the tide.
