In summer, you need to be at the Ferry terminal 30 minutes before your ferry and get ticket and stand in line. The terminal might be crowded in summer.
Return ferry is 16:50 YKF Ferry fromUEHARA port to Ishigaki port. 1 day Tour usually finish at about 16:00.
