Reservations can be made 6 month in advance !!

Only the number of 7~8 guests allowed by law 1 guide can be taken a tour.

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, applications can be submitted 6 months in advance. Specially Piansara Waterfall tour!!

How to get to The Iriomote Island

You need to take the ferry from Ishigaki port. There are two ports in Iriomote Island, one is UEHARA Port (North) , and the other one is OHARA port (South). To join our tour, please take the ferry to Uehara port. Also there are 2 different ferry companies, one is YKF (Yaeyama Kanko Ferry) and Annei Ferry.

Basically, you need to take the 8:00 YKF ferry from Ishigaki to the Uehara port (50 minutes) , but if the YKF 8:00 ferry is fully booked, you can take the ANNEI 8:30 ferry.

＊If you come with an ANEI ferry, better to buy a 1 way ticket, because you can choose for the return ferry. (You may want to take the YKF 16:50 ferry which is the best time going back after tour.)

＊In Spring & Summer Time (Jun~Sep), please purchase your ferry ticket in advance !!

The morning ferry is usually fully booked.

At that time, better to buy a 1 way ticket, because you can choose for the return ferry. (may want to take the another ferry (YKF)16:50 ferry .

FOR Winter Season (OCT~Mar)

Note: Winter season October to March, the Ferry from Ishigaki to Uehara port is often cancelled due to North wind and High wave.

When the ferry to Uehara is cancelled, you need to take the YKF 7:30 ferry from Ishigaki to Ohara port (45minutes/South side) and take a shuttle from Ohara to Uehara Port (another 50 minutes) .

Please go buy a ticket from Annei Ferry Desk, and ask for Uehara port. They will give you a ferry and shuttle ticket. They will help you.

In summer Holiday Time (Jun~Sep), please purchase your ferry ticket in advance.

How to make reservation!

First, please choose the tour program from our menu.

When you decided the program, go to online reservation form or you can call us to make the reservation. Please make reservation at least 2~3 days before. If you need immediate assistance, please do not hesitate to call us.

Important Notice Regarding Reservation Emails

Please note that reservation emails may occasionally be blocked or fail to deliver. If you do not receive a personal reply from us (other than the auto-confirmation) within 2–3 days, please give us a call.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause & Thank you in advance for your understanding.

After making reservation, we will contact you in two days. Please read guidance for all participants.
After making reservation to tour day
Please mail or WhatsAPP, or Line, or call us 1 day before your tour for reconfirm. Our Accsess ID will be on our reply mail. If you call, ask your hotel to call us 0980-84-8178. Your hotel might be help you to call. We need contact you on the 1 day before to make sure the tour day’s schedule.

On tour day, we will be happy to pick you up at designated place. If you are staying in Iriomote island UEHARA area, we will pick you up at your accommodation, and if you are arriving on the tour day in the morning , we will pick you up to the Uehara Port. ( pick up/ drop off service is only available around the Uehara area)

After making sure everyone is ready, we start the tour. Good health condition is very important. Please be careful for hangovers and staying up late before night!!
