Matterts that Require Attention for the Tour!!

All our courses are full-scale outdoor activities, so tours are for people who are in good health and who are physically active even to some extent.

The age limits are from 5 to 70 years. If you are over or under age, please get in contact with us directly.

Weight limits are 120KG, about 265lb, and must be fit and in good health condition.

Some Guides speak English, but some guides speak only little; however, all our guides are professional well trained good guides. I am sure, that you could enjoy our well organized tour. Please understand this situation.

Please call or mail or Line or Whats APP us 1 day before your tour for reconfirm. You could find my Line ID and WhatsAPP ID from our tour reply mail.

If you request tour in next 1-3days, please call us. We are always on tour, so we could not check email offen.

There are many cases where the reservation email we receive is blocked or not delivered, so if you do not receive a reply (other than an Automatic reply) from us within 3-4 days, please call us.

If you would like to take a course related to Pinaisara waterfall, we will apply for admission (limited to 200 people per day) on your behalf. When approved, the reservation will be made. We will then arrange for the tour and online card payment from the card payment agency Square. We will send you an online payment mail. Please enter the necessary information and make advance payment within 3 days.

If you wish to cancel at least 7 days before the tour date due to customer circumstances, we will refund the tour fee and application fee minus various refund fees. If you cancel 6 to 3 days in advance, you will receive a 75% refund after deducting various fees. If you cancel 2 days~ the day before, you will receive a 50% refund after deducting various fees. No refund on the tour day.
